The whole operation from consultation to installation went off in a very efficient and professional manner and we have been happy with our wood burning stoves.   In summary: highly recommended professional service. I used Burning Desire to install two stoves at a house I am renovating. Burning Desire have achieved an excellent result for both stoves. The journey from start to finish was excellent. 1. Made first enquiry on the phone in November, and was welcomed to come to showroom 2. Went to showroom, was shown round and given a very good indicative cost, and agreed to proceed 3. Ben came to our house, conveniently on a Saturday morning, and spend a good few hours measuring up, and making recommendations. I had a number of ideas, however, on listening to Ben's professional advice, I went with his suggestions (which turned out to correct) 4. Fitters came on time and on the day agreed. Very good team, installed the fireplaces and flues over two days, and to a very high standard. I'd checked out a number of other suppliers who either could not commit to my deadline, refused to meet our specification, or didn't show up on time (if at all). Burning Desire were the only company who ticked all the boxes, and when making an investment of this magnitude, there is no point in cutting corners (you'll pay for it later). Pleased to have worked with Ben and his team, and supported a local family business.
